What data
Only what you enter in the form on the Book page: name, email, phone (optional), dates, number of guests and any message.
Why
To answer your request and organise your stay, if we confirm it. The legal basis is your own request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for advertising and we do not share it with anyone.
Who receives it
The website and the request archive are hosted by Cloudflare; the email that tells us about your request is sent through Brevo. Both process the data only on our behalf. Cloudflare may also process it outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
How long
Requests are deleted automatically after 2 months. If the booking is confirmed, name and contact details are deleted 2 months after departure: only the dates remain. Data that the law requires for the stay, such as guest registration, follows the rules set by law.
Cookies and map
This website uses no profiling cookies and no analytics. It only remembers the language you choose, in your browser. The Google map loads only if you press “Show the map”: from then on Google receives some data from your browser, under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use or to object, by writing to the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
